Calibre named as 'No. 1' solution after successful bid for CBRE contract

Calibre Building Services have been successful through competitive tender for the maintenance contract of One Embassy Gardens on behalf of CBRE Property Management.

Calibre Solutions provides CBRE with value for money and a service that supports the day to day operation of the building. The contract includes dedicated site based resources and the employment and management of various specialist contractors.

Andre Sbardellotto of CBRE stated that Calibre were successful following a very strong tender process with the incumbent and with leading market providers.

The Calibre success was due to their commitment to the contract and the site, company structure and focus on client satisfaction and the proposed management team put forward to operate the contract.
