We’re proud to share that the team at Calibre recently spent time volunteering with Stripey Stork, supporting their vital work with families across Surrey.
During the session, our team got hands-on in the warehouse; sorting, organising and preparing essential items, including clothing, school uniforms and toys for children aged 0–18. These donations go directly to families facing hardship, helping to ensure vital support reaches those who need it most. It is not unusual for Stripey Stork to provide help for as many as 350 families each week and in 2025 they helped over 30,000 children.
It was a genuinely rewarding experience to contribute to such a meaningful cause. The growing demand highlights just how important organisations like Stripey Stork are in today’s climate, and in the week we volunteered our time at Stripey Stork we helped 707 children; we’re grateful to have played a small part in supporting their mission.
Thank you to you and the entire Stripey Stork team for making us feel so welcome and for all the hard work that went into organising the day.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to supporting again in June!
