Proud to share that our team at Calibre, appointed by Knight Frank Promise, successfully completed a major BMS upgrade in collaboration with our incumbent service provider Eon.
Scope of Works
• Upgraded all controllers from IQ2 to IQ5 to ensure continued support and future-proof the system.
• Integrated meter readings across the site into the BMS for real-time insight.
• Transitioned BMS graphics from the legacy Trend 963 to IQ Vision for better visibility and user experience.
This upgrade not only enhances system reliability but also positions the site for future innovations in building management and energy efficiency.
