Calibre Building Services is proud to announce the successful award of the maintenance contract for 11 Brindley Place, Birmingham, following a highly competitive tender process with Workman.

Invited to tender at the beginning of summer 2025, Calibre stood out from other service providers by offering a flexible, client-focused approach to service delivery. During the process, we presented a range of tailored options, from a full-time static engineer to a mobile engineering service. Our proposal was supported by the strength of our experienced management team, dedicated administrative support and the technical expertise of our regional supervisor, giving Workman confidence in both service quality and operational reliability.

Under the awarded contract, Calibre will deliver a mobile engineering solution to undertake all planned and reactive maintenance tasks. By maximising in-house service delivery, we will ensure a high-quality, cost-effective solution that delivers real value for the client.
