Calibre, along with other providers, was invited to tender in the spring of 2025. We presented Workman with a solution-focused engineering proposal underpinned by strong site management and a firm commitment to both the building and the client. The contract will be overseen by one of our senior contract managers, who also manages other key Workman sites.

Under the terms of this contract, Calibre will provide a mobile visiting engineer, supported by management and administration. This service is fully backed up by directly employed resources to ensure cover during holiday and sickness periods.
